Support Worker - Waiheke

About the Role: You will be providing essential support to people in their homes and community, including:
- Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting).
- Medication reminders and support.
- Meal preparation and light household tasks.
- Assistance with mobility and daily routines.
- Companionship and support with community outings.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you
- Have experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or community support.
- Are confident working independently in home-based settings.
- Communicate clearly and build trust with clients and families.
- Show empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Hold a Full or Restricted NZ driver’s licence (own transport on the island is a plus).
- Are eligible to work in New Zealand.
- Have relevant qualifications (e.g. NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing) - or bring strong experience and a positive attitude.
