About the Role

As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all reporting requirements are met. You will focus on developing and integrating quality systems to support consistent, high-standard service delivery while ensuring compliance with national care standards and related regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance systems in homecare.
  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, including incident reporting, service updates, and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate training for staff on quality systems, documentation, and care standards compliance.
  • Oversee the incident management process, including investigations, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ensuring incidents, risks, and corrective actions are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner.

Essential Criteria:

  • A relevant qualification in social work, nursing, or quality management (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, regulatory compliance, and service improvement in a care environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
