Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS NZ) is a trusted not-for-profit provider of home and community services across Aotearoa New Zealand. We’re looking for empathetic, organised, and service-driven individuals to join our Operations team as Customer Service Representatives, helping us deliver exceptional support to our clients and their whānau.

About the Role

As a key member of our Operations team, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage over 11,000 client appointments weekly.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients and their whānau with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support both office-based and community operations with efficiency and care.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and initiative are highly valued.
  • Be based at our Penrose office, contributing to a collaborative and purpose-driven team.

Available Shifts

We are looking to cover multiple shifts across Monday to Sunday between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

  • Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours in duration.
  • Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
  • Weekday shift options may include: 
    • 7:00am – 11:00am
    • 3:00pm – 7:00pm
