What the client needs from you:·
You must be over the age of 18.
· You must have a full licence and your own reliable vehicle.
· Can think outside the box.
· Provide a stimulating and empowering service that supports the client towards positive decision making and further independence.
. Get to know the client, and the ways she copes in her world, whilst supporting her through any difficulties.
· Be someone who loves to have fun and at the same time can put boundaries in place, so the client feels confident and safe with you.
· Take the client to activities she enjoys and support her to do things in her local community.
Hours of support, depending on your availability:
· Saturday shifts for outings in the community.
· School holiday cover during the day.
· Weekday cover to attend activities.
· Cover for staff who are on leave.
